Based on recommendation from a doctor for my 11 month daughter. Bought an air conditioner 5 days back. Came along a promise of delivery the next day and installation within 24 hours. AC came in only yesterday and no sign of anyone coming and installing it yet.
Not sure if the air conditioner would be installed this summer. Called the numbers of the store maybe 30-40 times along with a number for AC department manager watching with absolutely no response. Pathetic experience to say the least. I guess trusting reliance as a brand was a huge mistake.
Not buying anything ever from any of the Reliance Stores. My advice to people reading this post, RUN before you even think of putting your money, time, energy with Reliance.
