We bought Samsung 5.5 kg washing machine on 16 Oct 2013 from Koromangala Soni signal branch. I was promised that their technician will come on 25 October and will complete the installation, then I was promised some one will come on 26 October, then I was promised It will be done on 27th October before afternoon.
Finally they told till be done till evening. But now they are saying that it can be done only on Monday 28th Octobers. It seems Reliance Digital has hired all lazy people. I have spoken to Anil, Jankiraman and Radha from this store repeatedly and all these people made promises that it will done. Not sure how many more weeks before they can complete a simple installation. Worse point is either they don't come on committed time or will not give any time by which they will come. One is suppose to be at home for full day, because they'cannot give any time commitment' and will come'as soon as some technician is free'
Only if I had read the reviews earlier, I would not have bought product from Reliance Digital.
