So I bought Mitashi Karaoke 2.0 Speakers from Reliance Digital Sector 29 Gurgaon on June 21. Which was subsequently delivered to me on June 23 in the afternoon at around 1300 hours. Upon unboxing it, I realized that the speakers were damaged/broken(since those were wooden speakers). I registered the complaint on 23rd itself. I did not hear anything from them and eventually had to carry my product all the way to their store. Cutting short, they didn't have an immediate solution to my problem(still kept patience) and confirmed that I will receive a call in a day and then the product will be changed in another one day from that call. Hmmmmm today is. July 1st, I haven't heard anything from them. I would want to request three things from you guys:
Get me my refund.
Get better staff who knows how to deal with customer's problem because I don't know what the f*k you guys are smoking up.
Please shove these speakers up your a*s I don't need it anymore(killed the vibe totally).
For others, there is a nice fancy shop right next to reliance digital.it's called Croma. Please shop from there if you don't want to get f*ed over like I have been.
