I have a Reliance data card that is over a year old. During this time I have seen its reliability go to below zero, become abominably slow and completely overpriced. I have not been able to get one email opened without the connection dropping at least twice.
Over all this they introduced a low cost unlimited scheme and when I( presently on their expensive unlimited) wanted to migrate to this they said it was only for new connections. I had to ask them to discontinue my connection before they agreed to allow me to migrate to a lower cost connection. So shameless, in that they are fleecing their customers who have stood by them. Most agencies try and give their long term customers a better deal but here we see them fleecing their long term customers.
Please do not us this net card and waste your money. Try any other netcard but not this. I believe TATA is better but I have no knowledge of its service.
