This Internet Service Provider is the part of one of the most commonly known brand Reliance who are working very hard and providing always best and increasing average. Firstly, this mobile network is not good and it's network strength is as it is in my city is approximately 10% and the internet of this ISP works too slow.
I have experienced this Internet Service Provider and used it. It is not good to use. I have wasted my 1600 INR in purchasing this net setter about 3 years ago.
Sometimes it have issue in using internet. As the network is sometimes not stable. And also when network strength is less I have to go to the third floor of my house with my laptop because on ground floor network strength goes approximately at 10% and then I contact customer support service who lines are busy sometimes but when it reached, they write complain about the issue. The customer representatives are well communicative and informative. But the process after that is very slow and they are not able to solve the issue within a month also. I have experienced this Internet Service Provider and used it. It is not good. I have wasted my 1200 INR in purchasing this net setter about 2 years ago and removed it after 1 year. I will suggest all the members of Mouthshut not to buy this product.
