I bought Reliance Data card only because there was no other internet facility available. BSNL dataOne had a waiting list that would take one year to end.
So I spent 3000+ bucks and got one. The Reliance outlet manager ha dno idea how exactly how the card function and had absolutely no technical knowledge about the product.
Though the advertisements claimed that it gives connection speed upto 144kbps it never reached that speed and in day time I never got a speed more than 1kbps. Yes thats true. The speed was in bps. And that was miserable.
Yes but after 2 in night I started getting good speed but not at all with consistency. The speed occasionaly reached 133kbps but never 144kbps.
The reliance outlet doesnt give you any demo of the card. If they had done it I dont think anybody would have bought this product. I am feeling cheated totally and taking legal advice on how I can make them stop this product advertisement.
