Well. I agree with your comments on the data card. The data card just gives speed even low than the regular Dial up speed connection - the maximum speed it could support is dial up 144Kbps only.
The data card might come in handy at times but the customer service as such has been poor. I terminated a data connection on the 16th of november by paying all the outstanding amount- and some body reliance customer service calls me and says that they have generated a bill for december so I have to pay the amount just becoz they have generated the bill. what a standup comedy.
And when you go to the so called webworld - the level of customer service and courtesy they show is worst comparing any other forms of poor service. they don't even have a chair of the customer to sit and the customer service office desk - looks at you like some guy who is in need of money.
poor customer service - the best of reilance. - its the same with their reliance fresh too. I will write about that in a separate review.
