I am one of the first customers of the data card. I bought it in 2006 January. It has changed my life for good. I have traveled extensively all over western India and have been able to access the net very comfortably.
Recently the connectivity speeds have reduced, possibly due to the increased load on the system. If they increase the number of towers and also the bandwidth, the experience wil surely improve.
I am using the ZTE card.
Ive never had to call the support till date. The billing has been accurate. I am happy.
The antenna does come out once in a while, but that does not affect the connectivity. I want to experiment with Tata and Airtel to check how good they are. If the speed increases, I shall gladly shift from the 650 scheme to the unlimited scheme.
