I am using reliance gsm service from last 2 years last 1 year they provide me good seevice but now last 6th months situation is very bad.weak network, call drop, balance deduction and many more problems.i am living in bhopal.all companys signal strenth is awesome.internet speed is also good bt reliance signal is worst.many time my call disconnected in middle of my conveesation.they charged alwys for service which I hvnt use and never activated.costmer care representative nevwr short out my problem.
They talk as I am begger and asking them money.sometime they didnt even know exactly what is the problem so they excuse technical problem, switch off then on your phone and many more.i am tottly iritated from reliance.never select reliance.worst company of our country.
