Dear Reliance Communication
This is to Inform you that I, Mohit Bhatnagar is a current post paid user of your CDMA Connection from last 13 days(My connect activated on 03/10/2015), and I am suffering from last 45 days because of you(Reliance).
On September 4, 2015 I applied for the portability from Airtel to Reliance CDMA(+919997662226) in a charm of getting unlimited calls and Data and you guys took a Month in the Portability process, but my connection was still not activated from my end but activated from your end. That was the most frustrated thing I felt, I visited several times to your Reliance office for the resolution but they were fail to help and even called to customer care department and I got the best answers: from 198, we do not deal with post-paid customers please try222, and when I called222 no one picked the call and they ended with “Thanks for calling Reliance”, like I called to listen the “OVR”.
Never the less on October 3, 2015 my connection gets activated and I was happy that I have unlimited calls and unlimited data with no roaming charges with me as I applied for truly Unlimited(1299 Rs. approx), as they told me that I will get 50% discount for one year so my bill will come 650 Rs excluding taxes.
Some days back when I checked the usages and bill amount I was feeling angry as its been just 10 days of my usage and it was showing 1000Rs bill amount I raised the complaint but nothing happened till now, received one call and she suggested me to visit Reliance office, which I have to search by my own.
I found that my Plan is not Truly Unlimited Plan, it is something Magic 600 which I was not aware of and yesterday only I got to know that You(Reliance) have closed the Truly Unlimited plan(by your customer care). You(Reliance), have done fraud to me, without my consent how could you changed my My Plan?
You are harassing me mentally continuously from the day I have port my connection from Airtel, I want my resolution within seven days from now. If I didn’t get any resolution of my compliant then I will move to consumer forum and all expenses will be bear by you.
Most Interesting thing I would like to mention: You guys actually don’t resolve the problem and very quickly close the complaints. That is amazing from your end.
I don’t want to receive any calls from the collection department for the bill collection or any harassment calls. Otherwise it will treat against you at the court.
