PATHETIC SERVICE FROM RELIANCE BROADBAND. BIG CHEATERS. I applied for new broadband connection on 16th May 2014 and have been told that I will get the installation done in 2-3 days max. So far NO response from them. Forget installation, they are not even giving any correct information, all are lairs, saying different things all the time. Customer care says different story all together. They are saying now, your connection is cancelled as the feasibility is not there in your area but I have not received any official communications stating this. Not sure when I will get my money back or even not get it. Here are the details I have received from RCOM for my connection. 1. CAF no.:17800033338355 2.
