Since the advent of internet and at the pace at which things are moving, the days would not be far where we can conceptualize the term of Global Village.

Well the basic internet plan that they provide with the wireless phone terminal is quite good. Charging Rs 650 for 1GB download is quite good for a casual user who keeps updates of his daily use.

I personally use it mainly for my homebased job which has really helped me until now quite efficiently. But some times the server is down when the service gets quite erratic. Then it will recover after sometime without any difficulty.

One of the important factors that I have noticed is that you can change your plans as per your requirement and at anytime of the month. This makes it very flexible in that way so that you are not tied to the same plan. The customer service was cooperative and also quick to respond to the technical as well as billing queries which they did promptly.

I think that Reliance has come of age now. They are aggressively marketing their products and keeping their cool. They have already initiated so many things and this makes them reliable.
