I stay in Pashan area in Pune. I had been using Airtel service for past 4 years and was really good. 5 months back I shifted and my society had just Reliance broadband service. So I took up the service. After initial 1.5 months I faced serious line problem. So we called up the reliance service and we were informed due to sever rain the lines had been damaged and the problem will be rectified in 8 days.
When the problem was rectified after 15 days I again gave a call each time I was told we have registered your complain and our team will contact you in 24 hrs. I dont know if their is some problem with Reliance watch as they never called me back. The only calls I got were your payment is due please pay.
When I said my line itself is down and I am unable to use internet can you repair it first they told please contact the customer care service we are just people from billing department and do not know anything about it.
Now for more than 1.5 months I have placed a request for cancellation of my connection and I was told some executive will call up in 48 hrs to confirm the cancellation and then the service will be terminated in 15 days. Since then I have been waiting for their call or mail communication. I have written several times but have not received any response. Olny response I have received was that cancellation request has been received and the connection will be shortly be cancelled but no progress on it yet.
Most pathetic service. Get Reliance Broadband only if you do not want internet and are willing to pay Rs750 per month so that they do not disturb you.
Unfortunately you have to provide atleast one star else I believe their rating would have gone negative.
