I have been a customer of reliance broad band for last 1 year.The Technical person opened up 5 Complain Cases (91287875, 91304194, 91350147).
It is closed without getting a conformation me (The User), the status is verified from the online status. Issue Faced:1.Issues were never resolved 2.No technical/customer care person gave a call to know the status3.Complain cases closed without getting conformation from User4. Senior management(Harshita, Vandana)is not responsive enough to take actions5.
After repetitive tries for talk to floor manager/lead manager, nobody took any action or update the status of the issuesI have applied for disconnection for the last 7 days, still no updates from them.Senior Technical persons gives false assurance saying that they will give a call back for checking the status whereas it is a blind wait for getting your blood-pressure high.NOTE:Never Try to get the costumer care from reliance as it really irritating
