I moved to Bangalore 2 months back. Was in need of Broadband connection, I inquired at Reliance Broadband. The executives/salesmen promptly rushed at my place and told me it will take 2 days to install the connection. Hell, these A even came down at night(9:30 PM) to collect my money. For once, I thought that the promptness shown to take my money would result in a quick installation.
As you may guess, I could not have been more mistaken.Very next day I get a mail that installation can take upto 5 working days. This was my first surprise and I called the salesman who had come to take my money. He gave me three different numbers to get this done. These are the numbers of people whom I called several times for the entire one week. 7483393443/9341969224/9886666685.
Then, I lodged a complaint with Reliance ADA seeking explanation. A guy named yashodhara(Yashodhara.Ramakrishna@relianceada.com) replied that they will do the same in another 5 days or return my money. This deadline also passed. I kept on contacting them daily but the rudeness and callousness shown by this guy and his companions was shocking. He conveniently chose to ignore all my requests. Hoping to calm me down he one day replies saying that they are unable to install the connection anytime soon so as a gesture of grandness they would like to return my money.
Here is the tricky part. You might think that now there is some respite. But I get another shocker from these thieves when they come back telling me that they require another 30 days to return my money. I have been calling them since and there is no response.
I THINK I WILL NOT EVEN GET REFUND FOR THIS. I am having the greatest regret by asking Reliance Broadband to install an internet connection. I think this highlights the gross irresponsibility, incompetence and total disregard for customers by this organiztion.
Come to think of this, the billion dollar empire seems an easy cup of tea if you keep collecting the money but do not give service, nor do you return that money! WHAT A GENIUS I SAY!
My humble request to everyone reading this review is please always read reviews and do not inquire about any products sold by incompetent, thieves like Reliance broadband.
