I got Reliance 300kbps unlimited connection some 8-9 month back, it worked fine for 2-3 month but after that real trouble started.
Most of the time either it did not connect or connect at very slow speed(40kbps).Inspite of numerous complain they were not able to solve this problem and they keep closing the request and I keep registering them, so finally I decided on 8th November 2008 to terminate their connection, for that they made me pay all the dues before taking the termination request.
Even after termination request they kept on sending the bill and today I got a call asking for bill payment on telling him that I've already terminated the connection he told me that I told them to continue with connection on 22nd november(though I never told them).
I never used their connection after 8th November(after termination request) even their bill says so(no usage shown in bill).
But that guy is saying that bill is generated I will have to pay for the same.
Please help, what should I do?
