I've opted Reliance Broadband Unlimited package after network problem with Tikona.


The network connection of Reliance is good as long as we do not experience any issues. If we try to reach customer care that's when we realize that are we talking to company executives or rickshaw people.


My brother met with an accident and as he can't walk up stairs. I asked these sick people to shift the connection to downstairs where we've shifted. They said it would be done in 7 days. After 7 days they said they are looking at feasibility for same building downstairs .ha ha.:)


Calling everyday . they say here he comes .here they are checking.talked to supervisors too.


Then they said we do not have feasibility and by now 2 months passed away with me calling every alternative day. And the problem does not end there. Not accepting the failure of connection they charged two months rental+ shifting charges which we've haven't used.




  1. If shifting is delayed from their end where does the rental come into.




  2. They knew that it is because of their delay or issues we've not cancelled and waited for resolution just trusting the brand.




  3. If you have patience and have reliance on them.they will take us for a ride.




  4. They didn't advice us to cancel. Every time they say we are coming and no one turned up till now and in the end they blame us to why did we not cancel yet.




  5. After cancellation they never come to take the instrument back and bill its charges in final bill.




  6. We've to make numerous rotations around their office.






7. If they have said this upfront we've cancelled after 7 days and reasonably pay the rent for that 7 days period and moved to other choice.




  1. They will not listen, understand, or at least know what to do.they just know this hurting words "Pay the bill or we'll send legal notice"




I am glad that this happened otherwise I would not have known the true colours of Reliance which I would never rely. It is better to go to net centre rather then preferring Reliance. Our money is with you Reliance. You grabbed from us with out service, with out network, with out shifting. If you have begged we would have given. but you Reliance still owe us 800/- .don't know how many innocent people and money is at Reliance.


Now, I've moved to BEAM . Probably the best subscriber for broadband. [I am saying this after trying AIrtel, Sify, Reliance, Tikona ]
