Good speed but poor service. Review on Reliance Broadnet Broadband

I have been using reliance broadband for almost over 3 years now. It provides blazing fast speeds chear than other providers. I am using freedom 999 pack eversince then which offers 12 Mbps speed upto 25 Gb after that the speed drops to 1 Mbps. With that much speed you can download data and watch 4K videos on youtubes without any hickups. The best thing is you pay only what you have opted for. No extra hidden charges except tax. That's the bright side of this connection. Now let me shed some light on the dark side. Poor customer care support! If your connection stops working you will have to to call the customer care to report it and it's a very tiresome process. There have been several times in the past when my connection stopped working and called the customer care to report it. They assure you that it will be solved within 24 hours. And calling the other day I got to know that my complaint got cancelled from the server end and I had to re-register my complaint. Reliance technicains take a very slow approach towards fixing the connections. The engineers don't even visit you for weeks sometimes resulting in your connection not working for weeks or even for months sometimes. If you can get past that then it's a good connection depending upon the speed. I wouldn't recommend this connection for a working man as you can't rely on it. If you use internet just for media consumption then it would be a heaven for you but as I mentioned earlier you might get used to live without it aswell.
