Poor customer service

I took the connection some 8 months back, till January 31st, it was fine and I never had any disconnection. One positive thing I observed about this connection is, this is more stable than the regular ADSL. I never find any intermediate disconnections once connected.


But the problems started since then, every alternate day, it gets disconnected. Whenever you raise any complaint, it will be closed without any intimation to you, and without solving the problem. In between if you write an email, you will get a standard reply that they are looking at it at high priority. But nothing happens literally, couple of times, the executive will visit your home to try to solve the problem, but I assure you it will be of no use.


Then finally I raised a request to cancel the services on 25th February, but till today nothing happened, when I called the customer care, they are telling it will happen in another 2 days. I also sent a mail to Nodal officer.


Keeping my fingers crossed, when they will terminate the services.

Update on 26th April 2011


The problem was solved in march 1st week, I revoked the disconnection request. And there was no issue for one month, again the problem has started on 8th april. I raised a complaint on 8th April. After that their service executive came, checked and informed that some cable needs to be changed. Nothing happened for a couple of days. Meanwhile, they sent me 2 emails, one on 14th April saying the problem will be solved by 15th april. Then again on 16th saying that problem will be solved by 20th. I waited till 20th morning and gave the cancellation request. The problem was solved on 23rd April, service person has changed the main cable that reaches box, box itself and the cable that comes to my home from box. Now it is working fine. Again I revoked the disconnection request. What I am wondering is why they took 15 days to get the cable.!!!
