After few complains, Reliance has acted upon the complaint now I'm getting decent speed. Few days ago my internet stopped working called their call center expecting worst service again. But to my surprise the call center executive not only sounded professional but was also too polite. They registered my complaint and one of their technician visited our house to fix some cabling issue after which it is working like charm again.
Thanks Reliance people, if you offer this kind of service, people won't bad mouth about your company like I did once. Hope you guys keep doing the splendid job over and over again.
The reason I'm with reliance for years now is that they have no download cap in their unlimited plan and also when compared to others in the market, it is economical.
