Worst Service and poor upload speed. Review on Reliance Broadnet Broadband

I have been using reliance broadband for the past 1.5 years. For the first one year it was quite good. But after that the problem started like frequent dis connectivity, poor speed connection, even if the download speed works properly the upload speed will not be proper, because of which the connection wont be proper. If we give complaint on the upload issue the technician will say that we wont give upload speed, we will provide only the download speed. What a stupid issue that only with download speed we should use the internet connection. So my request is that don't go for reliance broadband thinking that its cheap.

Yes, I too agree its cheap compared to other broadband service provider. But, its the poor  broadband service provider, I would say. Really I would say I was frustrated because of giving complaints on day to day basis for almost 4-5 months. Now I am looking for a new broadband connection hope it works its better.
