My internet is not working since 7th of June. Complained 3 times that day. Twice my complaint was closed without problem being resolved. Third complaint went on for 4 days I guess. In these 4 days, one guy called and said he will come to my place in 1 hours time. He never showed up. When tried calling that guy,  he started  to disconnect my calls. His name is Shivkumar(Number+918884569187). After 2 days he calls me up and send another of his technician. He said he will come in 1 hours time and again took 4 hours to reach. Never bothered to inform me about delay. After he came and checked for almost 5 mins he said some minor glitch and he needs to go to the server and correct it and he said he will return in 10 mins. After 10 mins, this guy is no where to be been seen. Tried calling him, again like his boss, he started disconnecting my calls. This happened from 2 PM till 8 PM. Finally at 8 he got courtesy to pick up my call and then tell me someone on the main road have cut my cable. I need to inform customer care about it and they will inform him again and he will do it the very next day. I followed his instructions. That time customer care guy told me that my complaint number will remain the same and he is adding this cable cut thing  to my same complaint and he is going to escalate it immediately. Next day I started calling up that technicians assistant who visited my house, but again no reply. He used to disconnect my call. Then finally he picked up and said he will do it when his boss will say so. I tried calling his arrogant boss again but he never picks up my call till date. When I called customer care to tell about this he said that my complaint was closed and new complaint registered on 11th on suggestion from field technician. I never got complaint number for this and it was not what was told to me. I have no clue how it happened nor the customer care.


Also I had registered complaint regarding changing my number from their database. The number  they had was never mine. I did not write that number while filling form. I registered complaint on 8th June. I got SMS confirmation that my problem has been resolved. But when I checked after 6 days the number has not been changed. I dont know what more to say. Its 18 june today, I have called customer care countless number of times. Talked with Imtiaz, Shenaz and Ajay(I guess) all floor supervisors other then number of their juniors. All said same thing please give us time till today we will co-ordinate with the field team and provide you resolution by end of the day. But again no one has resolved it.


Mr Shivkumar the technician told me on face, he is not going to do the repair but only when he feels the need for it. If I want I can complaint to anyone in reliance customer care and he doesn't care about it. He is highly abusive and doesn't know how to speak with a customer.


Also he feels he is providing this connection out of mercy and we had begged him about this connection. I guess he is the only technician they got in Bangalore. Cocky and arrogant and no manners to speak with the customer.


Have wrote more then 10 emails to disconnect my internet service but no reply till date. When I call to do so, they ask me to call from registered number. I painstakingly tell them every time I call up that I had made a request all customer care exec told to wait till day end and it would be updated.  Nothing has happened so far. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life. No coordination between customer care and field team. Also when ever you call customer care make sure you have at least 45 mins in your hand. It takes nearly half and hour to connect.  If it gets connected soon then make sure its technical team whom you are talking to not the billing team. Reliance is weird, to take off load they transfer your call to billing department then to technical. If it happens billing team will take your detail and hear your complaint and then ask you to wait till they transfer it to tech team. Which will take easily 20+ mins.


Have made up my mind to go to consumer court for this.


DON'T EVER GO WITH RELIANCE BROADBAND IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND.
