Cool movie ..... but not as good as Minnale. Review on Rehna Hai Terre Dil Mein

See everybody, this may seem like a bad remake but this is a good movie. Though I dont understand Tamil, heres some differences in the versions :

Madhavan : Rajesh (Minnale's Madhavan) has more hair. He looks more mature. In the background of all black guys, he looks too good. He looks more bad-a** in the movie esp while coming to beat Saif up. Most of the time he's unshaven and that I believe made some difference in the hindi version. Maddy (Hindi Madhavan) is more funky.. He's got the younger look.. why not coz he's supposed to be Sam's junior. And the good thing is he actually looks younger. He's more fun loving. He's not actually trying to copy Shah Rukh, but he's trying new hairdo which went wrong. The main thing is the voice here. Rajesh has a deep voice. Sort of engrossing. In Minnale, he does that flier kinda arms too good. It just irritates so good. But Maddy is just speaking hindi. Maddy .... Rajesh..... Hardly matters.. coz its an excellent performance by Madhavan in both the movies. (Esp. during the song - Sach kehraha hai deewana)

Diya vs Reena : As you all know Diya Mirza is absolutely the hottest babe at present. In the movie, she's more free flowing than Raima Sen. Though both have given good performances, Diya Mirza steals the show. Raima Sen .. as per TN traditions is made to wear flowers n Sarees for far too many scenes.

Sam : Definitely no questioning Abbas here. He is certainly the better of the two. Saif looks a bit older than required. And ... come on guys .... he's a puny in front of Maddy. Abbas n Madhavan are evenly matched. Saif doesnt even fit into the role. He isnt as pompous a a** as US returned Abbas. He is just too mild. Seriously I wish he was replaced by Salman Khan. Then it would have been a diffeent story. You'll really know the difference in the ending of the movie. Abbas has done it so well.

Songs : Now heres a prob. Some songs are better in Minnale n some in RHTDM.

Zara Zara sux in comparision to Vasikara (tamil) {Diya sprints n it sux}.

Sach Keh Raha hai deewana is certainly the best of hindi version. Its even better than tamil version.

Dilko is also good enough.

Oh mama mama has better audio but tamil version has better vedio.

forget hindi's title song. Its good... really good, esp the vedio.

All in all, all the songs are good for an average hindi movie.

Story : Maddy is Sam's junior but Rajesh (being my kinda guy) flunks a year or two. There is more college part in Minnale and this is one up for Minnale. The challenges n fights between the two is really good. There is no seniors party scene in Minnale.

Bike : CBZ in tamil n Eliminator in hindi. The comedy scenes suck in hindi. Vinay or Vijay whoever he is, is real good in tamil. Imagine I dont get tamil even then I feel like laughing at him.

I really expected this movie to do better at the box office. I really liked this movie. Maybe this isnt as good as Minnale. But tell me how many hindi movies are better than tamil movies. If you dont understand tamil n badly wanna see a cool movie... See RHTDM.
