I requested them for a free extention during lockdown(COVID-19). Because of miscommunication they thought I am asking for a paid extention(why would I'request' for a paid extention when I am not able to use their facility?).
When I got the invoice, I was surprised. I clarified that it was a request for free extention and there seems to be some miscommunication. But they simply say that they cannot cancel the extention and I have to pay for it irrespective of the lockdown.
