I bought one pair of INC 5 shoes paying a huge amount from Chennai while on visit to Chennai. After wearing hardly twice the entire leather of the shoes chipped off also the leather came out from the sole. I was wearing the shoes to an important meeting..to my horror on my way to the meeting I realized that entire leather of the shoes got chipped off..It was perfectly fine when I wore at home 30 mins ago.Like a mummy the shoe’s leather chipped off and also the leather came out of the sole. It was in such bad condition that I had to buy another pair on my way to meeting to save myself from the embarrassment.
This is totally unexpected from a company like Regal after paying around 2500..to get this inferior quality product. As I am currently in Delhi and not sure of the receipt (The shoes still have the price tag and INC 5 Logo on it) don’t know how to get my money back.
I will never buy any INC5 product. I found street side sandals of better quality though they cost just 1/10th the INC5 price.
Never ever buy an inc5. They cheat on you. You pay a premium amount to buy an inferior quality product.
