Rocia shoes purchased for a lady in family at a sale in Jan 2013. After extensive use noticed some issue in April, so contacted customer care.
Shoes went back and, we waited, expecting repairs, and Rocia shoes did its part, right, but exceeding it - we got a brand new pair.
