Very nice company to work with. Review on Reflexis Systems

These are going to be my last few days in Reflexis. I am working from last 3 year in this company. I have seen many opinions put on this site about this company. I just want to share my views about this company.

I am leaving this job because I want to continue my career in a particular field.

Good things.

1.                  This is company where you can learn many things.

2.                  This is company which provides you hike as much as 10 to 30%, if you are good performer.

3.                  This company has very good reputation in the Retail Domain. Now it has started working in other domains.

4.                  Most important, the person who is head of India Operation has thought ahead of time. He is a person who has plan for the future.

5.                  The person who left this company is working in very nice organization.

I have speak to one person who left this company, he said “boss we know better things than the person working in current company”. This means you will get very good exposure to work/knowledge over here.

6.         Some people were asked to let-go because of bad timing for the company, one of our managers was willing to expend help for those guys to get a job with his/her reference. I don’t think this will happen in any of company.

1.         Very nice environment to work.

Bad Things.

1.                  One of the managers leaks the information which is discussed in meetings, which create some confusion in mind of people. If they can avoid this it will be very nice organization to work with.
