I purchased this mobile from an online website in October 2019. When buying this mobile, I bought the mobile because of its low price and good performance and when buying this mobile I get a 1 year warranty from this company. Within four days of ordering this mobile the mobile was delivered to my home. After this mobile is is delivered to me I use the mobile for 3 months well. At that time I did not see any problem on this mobile, but suddenly one day some problems appeared on the mobile screen, there is no touch response on the mobile screen. Suddenly one off the mobile screen touch response was stop it shortly after this full stop then I took this mobile phone to the service centre of this company. and so ask the problem of mobile check it my mobile from the service centre and they informed me that day old change the display of this mobile. Then they give me a receipt copy of the mobile and after 5 working days day came to their service centre and talk the mobile. I returned to the service centre again after the 5 working days. But from the service centre I was told that they could not repair the mobile because they did not have this mobile POS. They did not repair the mobile for 3 months due to such lies. Then I was forced to bring back the damage mobile from them.
