I have a domain name and E mail IDs for me and my business partners registered through RdiffmailPro for last 5 years.
Every year in January, when the annual subscription is due for renewal, we get promptly several messages over mails, landline calls and mobile calls from very pleasant marketing executives advising to pay up.
And once you pay up, for the next 12 months the customer care is nowhere to be seen or heard of . This year since December 13th the mail service has been blocked causing us severe financial losses and reputational damages. But in spite of several mails and phone calls no action is taken yet.
I strongly suggest that people using Emails and domains for serious business purposes should not be tempted by the sweet pronouncements made by rediff.com.
