I booked a sleeper in redbus volvo from mumbai to udaipur, My journey was two days later on 8 pm but at the time I booked my sleeper I forgot to change the date so the sleeper is booked on the same date on 8pm. I booked my ticket on 5.10 pm after booking I just saw the date it was wrong so I tried to cancel the ticket but the cancellation option was disabled.
I made a call to customer care of redbus and tail his all the story then he said the cancellation before three hours is not in rules of redbus so we cannot cancel your booking. I have made the payment of 1800/- so I totally lose my money.
The bad thing is that if redbus unable to cancel the ticket before 3 hours of journey then it should also unable to book ticket before 3 hours of journey why they book ticket before three hours its totally fraud with the customers
