Its a false claim. I  and my wife could not travel as the bus dint come till 11.30 PM and we left to our home .I had called the contact number on the same day after 11.30 PM as the bus didn't arrive and informed him that me and my wife cant wait any more and are leaving home back and he informed me to contact him back on next day regarding refund of money.Contact no is 9895139319.


It seems like either you have not done any investigation or Maruthi travels had given you a 100% misleading input. But I am quite sure that you would have received multiple complaints from other passengers too as it was the same case for others as well.


I am disappointed to hear this from you. I would ask you to come back with the proper investigation report and the refund too otherwise its high time to discontinue your services and spread the awareness to others too

Finally I could connect to the above person at 9.30 PM and got to know that bus would reach by 10.15 PM and waited with patience till 10.15 PM. As bus was not reached till 10.25PM I called him again and got the information that bus would reach by 11 PM and I waited till 11 PM. As the bus didn't reach by 11.10PM I called the above person and got to know that the bus would reach by 12.15PM only and it was not the scheduled bus, instead a Non Volvo bus named Divya would reach by 12.15PM I called red bus support and asked to cancel the tickets and there is no point in waiting for more as there is no clarity.


As suggested by support person I had waited for 15 minutes more and the bus didn't reach and also got to know from the driver that it would reach by 12.15PM only and it was not a Volvo bus. I called the red bus support to cancel the tickets and get the refund and I dint get a favourable reply rather asked me to send a mail support @redbus.in.


I cancelled my trip and went back to home as I  and my wife were not in a position to further wait as there was no clarity and the bus which was coming to pick us was not a Volvo bus as per the driver . This has caused huge inconvenience and money and time loss to me as I had booked in advance and the bus dint come and I could not travel.


I request you to refund me the entire amount INR 3100 to my account. I expect much better support and service from you.
