Horrible neeta volvo and redbus do not try. Review on Redbus

I booked a ticket from redbus , for neeta volvo Mumbai - Pune.

My pickup spot was Manmandir Sion, Mumbai, Time - 5:42 PM. I reached that place on time. And I couldn't able to believe my eyes that Neeta Volvo bus for Mumbai - Pune was not stopping there. And they were showing a sing that bus is full. And they were not opening the doors. So the bus I was supposed to board was gone and local travel guys were saying Neeta Volvo is a real cheater. I tried to call both redbus and Neeta both were useless.. So three Neeta volvo bus form Mumbai - Pune passed by and didn't even bother about a customer.

Then I decided that, I will do something today. So I went to Chembur brach office and I put my foot down that if I won't get a Neeta Volvo, I will be staying in their office. And will do what ever it takes to give them a tough time. I could send back about 10 customers from Neeta Volvo office, who came there to buy ticket.

So Neeta Volvo guys finally thought that they should do something and gave me seat for a bus which came at 9:30 PM.

Here is the reply that I got from Neeta Volvo guys

-We can't help you , talk to redbus (who does not even pickup the phone)

-Do not buy online ticket

-Redbus books tickets but we can't give guarantee.

About Redbus

Most shockingly there were 3-4 software engineers from Bits Pilani. Who were working with IBM, TCS etc companies decided to open a online bus booking system. But shame on them, those guys are losers and they brought a disrespect on online booking industry. It is because of these useless guys we are suffering. If at all those 3 idiots are reading this, you guys may have a degree from good colleges, but you are just same as those 2 idiots (may be class 10 pass) sitting on Neeta volvo office.

DO NOT USE REDBUS AND NEETA VOLVO
