I was given an option to reschedule journey date. But they did not share that once rescheduled, it cannot be cancelled. This could have be 1 line information in a dialog box/prompt, but they hid it well. They ate my 2660 rupees; did not give me even 10 percent back, nothing! This is pure SCAM.
