I booked ticket for my friend in KPN through REDBUS, unfortunately bus got break down, people booked through KPN site and directly where cash or transferred through bank in couple of days but for me it took more 10 days that too after following it up daily with redbus call center. I verified the website it doesn't talk about return policy when bus get breakdown or any other similar activity occurs. Redbus need to define it clearly on how many day it will take for us to credit the money back into our account even the call center agent doesn't know about it. Whenever I call them they state it will credited in 24 Hours but it reality it 240 Hours to get payment back.
