I tried to book a ticket, I paid for it but it showed that the ticket could not be booked and I would get my amount refunded in the next 48 hrs.
When I made alternate arrangements and reached my destination, that is when I get a message from RedBus that the ticket is booked. I wrote back to them saying, cancel the ticket and refund my money but all their rude associates don't want to help. They keep saying the ticket was booked. Helllo but your website said it was not booked hence I had to put money and book through other means.
Absolute cheaters, never ever book through them!
