I feel this review is:
I recently booked tickets with redbus.in they gave us tickets for different date for travelling later when I called customer care associate promised to postpone the tickets seeking one hour of time but no one called us and when I called them up again they said they cannot postpone the ticket and also said you should cancel the ticket by loosing 400 rupees I spoke to supervoiser she was very rude they try to disconnect the call for no reason. I tried to reach them via email but no one did help me in this case properly. I am seeking for my full refund and I cannot loose my money because its my hard earned money.
