They are the worst ticketing website. I had booked ticket through redbus. The website showed AC sleeper Multi Axle and I was charged hefty amount for it. The bus which was sent was a junk bus with no proper sanitation. When I complain the bus provider, he says I need to contact Redbus and when I contact Redbus, they say I have contact bus provider.
Finally customer is the loser. Its better to book ticket directly. Atleast the bus service provider can not make us run from Piller to post. Redbus has to credibility and accountability. They are just like road side ticket agents.
