Busses are not in time. . Review on Redbus

I have booked bus from bangalore to kukke subramanya in red bus kukke travells and my date of journey was today 15-7-2016 at 11.30 pm pickup and 5: 00 am drop based on that I have booked my special pooja booking at 8 am worth 4000 rs as per timing ill be 3 hrs early. . .on date of journey I called to contact no at 11 30 pm. That person asked me to get in to diff bus and he gave driver no . .i contacted that number he said it will reach around 12: 00 mid night . . I was waiting for that . . mean time I got 3 to 4 calls from different numbers . . every one was telling different vehical numbers and they were asking me to get in to that bus . . all 3 bus reached my stop at 12: 35 mid night and they confused me . .after few min discusion I got seat in 1 bus.Now I need to think what time at what time this bus will reach. . my plan was to reach at 5 am. . it was worst experience do not book in red bus. . better go for ksrtc
