I booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Mumbai on Neeta Volvo, next day I get a mail from redbus that due to technical problems your payment has not gone thru pls book another ticket and earlier refund is initiated, I book another ticket on the day of departure I get a message from Neeta Volvo regarding the pick up details and I inform them that I had booked another bus. On complaining to red bus they are now refusing to refund the money.
