I had booked 2 bus tickets through redbus.in and had to cancel them. Even though its 2 weeks no refunds have been issued. When I contact customer service they are not providing me a UTR number for the refund transaction and have only given me some other reference number and they are just telling me to contact my bank. How can I contact my bankers without a UTR number? What is the use to my bankers a Redbus Reference number?
Very unhappy experience. Customers please be aware.
