In my case, the bus operator departed the venue before the scheduled time - I had called the Redbus customer care and registered a complaint on the same, expecting a justice. But what they did was very surprising. They just asked the bus operator and got their opinion and simply closed my request mentioning their opinion!
I have raised question to them refuting bus operator's theory, and requested for a refund from Redbus. In response to my request Redbus have refunded the money back although it took some time.
Overall the mistake was from the bus operator. And Redbus refunded the money back to my satisfaction taking the responsibility.
I thank Redbus for the same and wish them for good services and also for enabling to get quick resolutions for such problems/issues.
