Do not use Redbus to book bus tickets, I booked one ticket on 07-12-2010 & the same has cancelled on 11-12-2010.I received e-mail that the amount( Rs 225/-) will be credited in my a/c with in five working days. They given me tracking no.3590350. After 5 days, I called them, they gave another no.3034165 and said that the amount is credited in your a/c on 11-12-2010 but till date, there is no credit in my a/c, I tried to contact their no.1860-425-1111 but it is always'no answer'
