I made a reservation using https://busagent.com(Redbus website), the transaction completed and money credited to redbus. I also received a email conformation from CCavenues(payment gateway) BUT never received the ticket. All I have been hearing from the redbus team is that they will revert back to me, but even after one week, there is no ticket or refund. One of the most PATHETIC and WORST service I have ever come across. They make you run around the pillar for your money. None of the team will take responsibility for the transaction and you will end up losing your money.
If any one of you have faced similar situation, please advise on how I can get my money back. Thanks
