I like to visit new places, there are so much things in which we travel, I am traveling various places by various transport services. I first time tried redbus.in, I book 2 tickets and there service and support is quite good, not up to the mark.
they provide details of booking on sms like arrival time, pickup point.quite timeliness. the design and usability of app is much good than website. website server is too busy in many times. so I think they must improve to provide better service.
