Had attempt to book a Bus ticket on redbus site from coimbatore to Chennai for two traveler on second January around 7 PM on wards for the voyage date of third January. I went up to payment and visa check, yet there is no affirmation for ticket booking in the site. I had not got any SMS on time. I strove for the second time same is proceeded with no data for ticket booking. I cleared out as like. after 1 Hr I had gotten SMS ticket had booked twice and cash had charged from my card. I had made a call at 9 pm to the client mind and clarified the issue and solicited them to scratch off one set from tickets.


They said there approach is not allowed to scratch off the ticket, it is so pitiful for the traveler. I had never expecting this from Redbus. They had taken a grievance and not given any reference number on that time. Again I had approached in the following day morning for the status, that time just they had given the ref no. The Lady let me know that because of the framework flaw we will made the discount 100% with in 7 working days. we will illuminate the transport administrator and our side we can ready to wipe out the ticket despite the fact that client couldn't ready to wipe out the ticket. I had ventured to every part of the same transport on third Jan The second arrangement of my ticket number, travelers are loaded up and voyaged. I am not getting any call from transport administrator for not loading up on time. So it has been scratched off/educated by red transport to the transport administrator according to the dialog I made to your woman staff.


I had seen that red transport is sending me an E mail around 7.23 PM as said beneath. It is obviously said that my ticket booking is not finished. Be that as it may, they said they had send SMS on 7.10 and 7.20 Respectively for two bookings.
