I booked my ticket from Hyderabad to Mumbai through rebus.com a week ago. Pathetic service. After I booked every time I use to get Bus details and the Driver Contact details on my Mobile. I did not receive any message this time. I have called the customer care regarding the issue and they told me they have server issue and I will get a call from the Driver one hour before the journey starts. It was scheduled at 9PM. No call nothing from anyone. I called the customer care again.
They gave 3 numbers to contact. No one picked the call. Worst experience ever faced. Their Service and support is too worst.
finally I got a call from the driver around 10 PM and I took my journey. Imagine how it would be if I miss my important meeting because of simple Bus operator worst service/
I will never want to use this website anymore
