Check your Partners!. Review on Redbus

Last week I booked bus ticket from Bangalore to Belgaum through redBus.in. I came to know about redBus through google. When I visited this site I was pleased with the website's simplicity and I booked my ticket within 5 minutes and without any hassles. RedBus website is very simple and easy to use. There are severals routes and also ways to pay. I found this website very useful. But, wait now I will tell you redBus will not GROW further if it does not care its customers!

WHY AND HOW?

Any website or travel agent like redBus is a mediator between actual travel company and the commuters. You may find travel agents office with AC, Pleasing agents, lot of booking options, waiting room, option to keep your luggage and roam around.....so on. But does your journey ends when you board your vehicle? No, your actual journey starts when you board your vehicle. Whatever happens before that does not matter! I booked tickets through redBus without any problems I was happy. My bus was from Majestic at 8.15 PM and the Travels name was S.S. Travels. Okay, I reached majestic on time with lot of trouble as it was heavy rain and you know Bangalore traffic conditions. Bus was nice enough but I did not see any sign bus leaving its place till 11 pm! Bus left majestic at around 11 pm! Now you think if you believed redBus and booked your tickets to reach for some urgent work? okay, somehow bus left Bangalore, but bus use to stop at major cities to unload the goods they loaded in the night. It was such a irritating journey for me as I was supposed attend Marriage ceremony in the morning. Bus reached Belgaum at around 10 am. So now my perception about redBus changed. Now my anger was on redBus. Why should redBus chose such a pathetic service provider as their partner?

If redBus does not care to chose its partners then redBus will not succeed. RedBus may lose its credibility because of its partners. Wake guys and check your partners (travles) now!!!!

My suggestions to redBus:

1. Please do not select pathetic service providers as your partners. Have some filters.

   
   




2. Provide some rating facility so that commuters can rate the travels. It will help commuters to chose the bus services.
