I frequently travel to my hometown using bus which is the best connectivity available and generally book it through redbus.


But the service/cancellation policy/offers/customer support is pathetic of redbus.


Service & Support: It is worst. I had booked one ticket fro Ahmedabad to Junagadh and later I wanted it to cancel the ticket. I was willing to pay the cancellation fees as per their policy and since there was no option to cancel the ticket on their app/website since only 12 hours were left for the journey I called their customer service to cancel it. And their reply just stunned me. He said he need to talk to the bus operator in front of me to cancel the ticket. What is this? I have booked the ticket, I want to cancel it, I am willing to pay the fees why in the world do you want to talk with the bus operator that too in front me, that means I have to go to travels office and then call redbus and ask their representative to talk with the travel operator and cancel my ticket. Well if this all things need to be done why do I book ticket online? Just for a offer to save few bucks? NO. We book it because it provide us with convenience.


Information Depth: It is generally wrong. After you finish booking they will tell you the bus has charging point but when you actually get in you will find none.


They will say bus has water bottle facility you will receive nothing in the entire journey.


Yes they have good content maintained in their site and on the app but of no use if you being a service provider cannot provide service.


User friendliness and time to load are not some issues with the redbus. But replying to a customer query.


Please work on your customer satisfaction redbus.
