They are one of those startups who has totally changed the way people used to look while thinking to travel to any place. There used to be travel agencies before but they used to charge service charges also on that which these guys donot take which is what make people prefer them.
These guys donot charge service fees but if you look at the totsl cost of the product it is on the high price point only. These times I think they are doing very well that always people are expecting more from them and it is true that from now on wards people will have more expectations from them and it is up to them to take care of it.
