Firstly, they deducted my money twice and dint bother to refund back the money. They took my money and when I called them up they told me that it was unsuccessful from their end when clearly my bank gavee me all the details of the successful transaction.
Secondly, very poor customer service. They don't have email facility and the ones you get over phone are pathetic representatives. They told me that they would investigate and have mailed me the details when they dint. I had to call them more than five times to resolve and issue which is still not resolved.
Thirdly, the site is so slow and shuts down immediately and if you re at the oaymenr gateway then the site shuts down you will end up loosing your money.Overall extremely bad nd pathetic experience.
